Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful, safe and transformative practice*

Filling our often depleted bodies with oxygen and helping our life energy to flow more freely. During a session it is possible to reconnect with suppressed feelings and memories, making space to transform those feelings and help us to create a healthier, happier life. We can only heal what we feel. 

​

The body is a living library of all we have experienced in life, and many of these memories live in the sub-conscious part of our system, surfacing in these dynamic practices. Activating the sympathetic nervous system in a controlled and time-limited setting affords us the opportunity to bring healing to these parts, letting the body know that it’s able to rise to meet those memories with more empowerment and support. â€‹â€‹â€‹

*except with contra-indications such as but not limited to Schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder or psychosis, epilepsy, heart condition, COPD, delicate pregnancy, high/low blood pressure with a history of fainting, PTSD or recent major surgery.

Emma is a certified conscious connected Breathwork facilitator

who creates a safe space so you are held in loving kindness with complete presence, enabling the breather to fully surrender and

go wherever they need to go. Emma feels that holding space for transformation is a privilege, and that it must be done with safety

and professional integrity.
